When do you get refunds on Biz Launches?
Purchases are final. Your money is returned only if we remove a paid listing, or if your statutory rights apply.

Your purchase is final
Once you have paid for a listing on Biz Launches, that payment is non-refundable. This applies to all purchases made on the platform. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
When we remove a listing
If our team rejects or takes down a paid listing, you receive a full automatic refund to your original payment method. We also issue a credit note for the transaction. If you paid in crypto, you will need to provide a payout address for us to process the refund.
Payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute on a payment, all products and listings bought with that order are removed from the platform while the dispute is being reviewed. Should the dispute be resolved in our favour, your listings can be restored. This protects both parties while the matter is investigated.

- What happens if I change my mind about my listing?
- Purchases cannot be reversed. However, you may be able to edit or pause your listing depending on its status. Contact support for options.
- Why was my listing removed and will I get my money back?
- If we remove your paid listing, a full refund goes automatically to your original payment method and a credit note is issued.
- What if I dispute a payment with my bank?
- Your listings will be taken down while we investigate. If we win the dispute, listings can go back up. If you win, the refund stands.
