Update a company profile across multiple listings
Change company details once and apply them to all your listings of that company, or select which sites to update.

Shared and site-specific information
When your company is listed on other launch and discovery sites as well, Biz Launches stores some information centrally so it stays consistent everywhere. Changes to your company name, website, logo, long description, features, pricing, founder profiles, team access and billing details update on all your listings at once.
Other details are kept separate per site so you can tailor them: tagline, short description, SEO title, SEO description and additional categories. You can change these differently on each site without affecting the others.
Applying changes to multiple listings
When you save edits in the listing editor, select where they go next to the Publish button:
- All my listings of the company: selected by default, sends your changes to every site where this company is listed.
- Only this site: keeps changes here alone.
- Choose sites: review a list with a tick box for each site. All are ticked initially. Use Select all or Select none to adjust.
Only the fields you actually changed are copied. Wording you did not edit stays as it is on other sites. Each site retains its own change history so individual listings can be restored if needed.
Copying existing differences
On /account/listings, choose Copy details to see which sites have different taglines, short descriptions or SEO text. You can then copy this site's wording to other listings by ticking the sites you want to update.
What does not copy
Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks, Featured or sponsored placements, badges and verification are not copied. Each is specific to one site. On free listings, paid profile sections remain locked until that listing is upgraded.
Changes go live immediately. You will receive one summary email for each site that was updated.

- Will changes to my company details show everywhere?
- Shared details like name, logo, description and pricing update on all sites at once. Site-specific details like tagline and short description stay separate unless you choose to copy them.
- Can I update only some of my listings?
- Yes. In the editor, choose which sites to update next to Publish changes, or use Copy details on /account/listings to copy wording to specific sites.
- What if I add extra categories?
- On the More categories page, extra categories copy to other listings that have the add-on ($5). Sites without that add-on are skipped, and we let you know.
