Are new projects public as soon as I deploy?
No. On new credit-based pricing accounts, every new project starts private by default. You can build, review, and refine your work without making it public, then publish it when you're ready.
How do credits work for bandwidth, compute, AI inference, and web requests?
Each metered feature consumes a certain number of credits based on how much your projects use. Production deploys cost 15 credits each, compute is 10 credits per GB-hour, bandwidth is 20 credits per GB, web requests are 2 credits per 10k requests, and AI inference varies based on the AI model used.
Can I keep my existing Netlify plan?
Yes, if you created a Netlify account before September 4, 2025, you can keep your current plan. No changes needed. If you want to migrate to the new plans and are a Team Owner, go to Usage & billing and select the Change team plan button.
What is Netlify's uptime guarantee?
